How I Work
Sarah Antonelli, Owner and Principal of Stillpoint, brings nearly a decade of geospatial leadership into a consulting practice built on trust and clarity. Most recently, Sarah was the GIS Director for a global energy company, leading an international team that supported the full lifecycle of utility‑scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects across the U.S. and Canada. That work contributed to more than 10 GW of installed renewables, shaping siting, design, permitting, and long‑term operational strategy through high‑quality spatial intelligence.
She helps organizations understand not just their data, but the systems and teams around those data. Even if the future vision is clear, grounding the strategy in a deep understanding of organizational context - workflows, bottlenecks, assumptions, and communication break downs - is the difference between a plan that redefines a platform and one that fades out before it adds value.
Sarah’s approach is collaborative and organic. She listens, builds up context, and helps teams make decisions that are technically sound, strategically aligned, and operationally sustainable.
Once the landscape is clear, Sarah’s role is to help teams turn that understanding into movement. Sarah will help clarify decision points, align expectations, and design solutions that support the work instead of complicating it.
